How do we register?
1. Complete the registration form on-line . This is now the only way to register. Contact us if you have trouble with the online process.

2. Send a check payable to "German Department" in the amount of $3.00 per participant.

Keep track of your password. You can access and edit your registration data until the deadline.

The registration deadline is March 31. The check must be received by April 10.

Notification
After your registration has been processed, you will be notified whether it has been confirmed or if there are errors that need your attention because your registration can be accepted.

Typical errors

  • Not providing your enrollment size or the name of an administrator to verify the enrollment.
  • Exceeding the allowable number of events.
  • Not identifying individuals as members of groups.
  • Registering for the wrong event or level.
  • Not paying the fee of $3.00 per person
Warning
No registrations are accepted after March 31.

Limited Capacity
Events are closed as the available rooms and times are filled. If your registration cannot be accommodated, you will be given the option of entering other events or canceling your registration.

Completed Registrations
Once you have completed your registration, check back on the registration page between April 1st and the date of the fair in order to print off a schedule of events for your school.
